This Medway dry cotton wrapped v belt is a very high quality replacement belt equivalent to Countax/Westwood 42-9744 / 1414-42-9744 and should exceed or be equivalent to the original specifications. Medway reinforced lawn & Garden Belts have High resistance to oil, heat, cracking, & repeated reverse flexing, as found in many agricultural applications. The design allows significantly reduced slippage while clutching and a Higher tensile strength compared to standard V belts.
