This belt has a curved tooth profile providing a positive drive between the belt teeth and the pulley grooves. The Belt is constructed of a flexible, durable chloroprene polymer which encapsulates the helically wound glass fibre tensile members. This gives the belt a high tensile strength and excellent fatigue life with virtually no stretch. The belts teeth are protected by a low friction woven nylon which protects the tooth surface from wear and aids in quiet efficient running. PIX belts have High resistance to oil, heat and cracking, as found in many agricultural applications.
